ETHICAL CREDIT MANAGEMENT

In contrast to the often negative image of the credit management industry, we aim to maintain the highest standards of ethical behaviour in providing our credit management and business support services to you, based on principles of honesty and fairness.

“We believe that the essence of good practice in business is trust. If we are fair and equitable in our dealings with clients, then they will trust us to do the right thing on their behalf. Our percentage of work from repeat business is high and people who come back say it is because they can rely on us to put their interests first.”.

AN INSIGHT INTO OUR BUSINESS

PHILIP ELLIOTT ASSOCIATES – KEY PERSONNEL

Philip Elliott
Philip ElliottManaging Director
Philip is the driving force behind Philip Elliott Associates.
He has more than 25 years’ experience in the field working with clients ranging from small businesses to multi-million pound companies.
Before starting the business, he worked for business partners in the legal, debt recovery, factoring and credit insurance professions.
Philip established the firm in the early 1990s to focus on commercial debt collection after recognising it as an area that many businesses were wary of.
He expanded the services in the early 2000s to include business support, credit control reviews, negotiating and mediation. His rich seam of business connections mean that if a client has a query that he cannot answer, he is almost certain to know someone who can.
Philip takes a common sense, realistic approach to chasing overdue accounts and is renowned among his clients and wider business network for his cheerful, can-do attitude.
He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management while, outside of Philip Elliott Associates, he is Chair Panel member for Nottingham Roman Catholic Diocese Education Service, carrying out school appeals: this gives him a great deal of experience in both school management and administration.
